Coolanowle Organics is a small family run business in County Laois, run from Coolanowle Organic Farm situated in south county Laois Close to the Carlow border.
Having converted the farm to organic in 2001 the “Mulhalls” started selling organic meats produced on farm at farmers’ markets around Ireland in 2004. Run by owner, Jimmy Mulhall, his son Eddie, and 3 full time butchers.
A new meat production/ processing facility and meat outlet is now open to the public at Coolanowle. Deep freeze preparation for beef, lamb and pork is also available.
A number of farmers markets across Ireland (please click HERE for details) are served and they also supply direct to restaurants, shops, and hotels.
Coolanowle organic meats are the only certified organic producer selling organic meats at the Farmers markets in Dublin.
