Organic beef fat is a natural byproduct that comes from cattle raised on organic feed without any synthetic additives. This means the cows are not given any hormones, antibiotics, or genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

The fat is rich, flavorful, and often used in cooking to add depth to dishes. It’s a great source of essential fatty acids and fat-soluble vitamins. Plus, when it’s rendered down, it can be used to make tallow, a type of cooking fat that’s been used for centuries. A delicious alternative to oil or butter for frying, Organic Beef Fat adds rich flavour and lightness to savoury pastries, crusts, and pies.

Our Organic Beef Fat comes from cattle raised on our own Organic Farm at Coolanowle, Ballickmoyler, Co. Laois, where we’ve proudly farmed organically since 2001.

Please note: As this is a previously frozen product, the vacuum seal may occasionally be compromised during courier transit due to movement and the sharp edges of the frozen product. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for vacuum loss occurring during transit.

Please check the seal upon delivery. If the vacuum has been lost, we recommend using the product as soon as possible, as exposure to air can cause it to deteriorate more quickly. The use-by date applies only while the packaging remains properly vacuum sealed.
