Our Organic Beef Pastrami is a cut from the Silverside and eye of round organic beef which is hand cured and then rolled in spices. It’s a culinary delight that’s sure to tantalize your taste buds. When cooked slowly, the result is a tender, juicy pastrami that’s bursting with a symphony of spices. It’s not just beef, it’s a gastronomic experience that takes you on a journey of flavors. Our organic beef comes from our own farm at Coolanowle, Ballickmoyler, Co. Laois where we’ve been farming Organically since 2001.

INGREDIENTS:
Curing salt contains sodium nitrite (E250)–under 50 mg/kg.
Spice rub contains sugar, pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic, mustard.
ALLERGENS: Contains mustard
