Organic Hanger Steak (Previously Frozen)- 500g

Perfectly aged, amazingly tender Organic Hanger Steak, aka butchers steak/ onglet/ hanging tenderloin. Hanger steak comes from between the loin and ribs of the animal. It has lots of marbling and is therefore brimming with flavour. It is best cooked quickly over high heat, and it’s important not to overcook it as it can become tough. When cooked right, it’s incredibly tender and juicy, making it a favorite among steak lovers.

Our Organic Beef comes from our own Organic Farm at Coolanowle, Ballickmoyler, Co. Laois, where we’ve been farming Organically since 2001.

Expect 2 steaks per 500g pack. Weights may vary slightly.

Please note: As this is a previously frozen product, the vacuum seal may occasionally be compromised during courier transit due to movement and the sharp edges of the frozen product. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for vacuum loss occurring during transit.

Please check the seal upon delivery. If the vacuum has been lost, we recommend using the product as soon as possible, as exposure to air can cause it to deteriorate more quickly. The use-by date applies only while the packaging remains properly vacuum sealed.

May thaw slightly during transporation. Not suitable for refreezing.
