Experience the unrivaled taste of our Organic Lamb Gigot Chops. Raised on organic pastures, our lambs are sourced from our own Organic Farm in Coolanowle, Ballickmoyler, Co. Laois. Our lambs enjoy a natural diet, resulting in meat that’s tender, flavorful, and rich in essential nutrients. Each gigot chop is expertly cut from organic lamb shoulder to ensure you get the perfect mix of lean meat and succulent fat. These Organic Lamb gigot chops are economical chops for frying, grilling, pan searing, roasting, barbequing, and also suitable to dice up for stews and curries. Expect 4/6 chops per kilo.

Recipe Ideas:

Grilled Gigot Chops with Rosemary and Garlic: Marinate your chops in a mixture of crushed garlic, fresh rosemary, olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon. Grill them to your liking and serve with a fresh salad or roasted vegetables.
Pan-Seared Gigot Chops with Red Wine Sauce: Season your chops with salt and pepper, then sear them in a hot pan with a bit of olive oil. Remove the chops and in the same pan, add a splash of red wine, a bit of beef broth, and a spoonful of Dijon mustard. Let it simmer until it reduces to a rich sauce. Pour over your chops and enjoy!
Roasted Gigot Chops with Mint Pesto: Prepare a pesto with fresh mint leaves, garlic, parmesan, and olive oil. Roast your chops in the oven until they’re cooked to your preference, then generously spread the mint pesto on top. This dish pairs well with mashed potatoes or a grain salad.
