Our Organic Pork Tail are responsibly sourced from humanely raised, pasture-raised pigs. Raised on a certified organic diet with no antibiotics, no added hormones, and no GMOs, this traditional cut delivers unmatched flavour and richness.

Organic pork tail is prized for its high collagen and gelatin content, making it ideal for bone broth, soups, stews, and slow-braised dishes. Popular in Caribbean, Asian, Latin American, and European cooking, pork tail adds depth & body to slow-cooked recipes.

Each pork tail is expertly butchered, vacuum-sealed, and immediately frozen to ensure freshness. This cut is perfect for cooks who value organic meat, ethical farming, and nose-to-tail cooking, or alternatively it is a great raw meat treat for your beloved pet!

Each tail weighs approximately 350g per pack.

Please note: As this is a previously frozen product, the vacuum seal may occasionally be compromised during courier transit due to movement and the sharp edges of the frozen product. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for vacuum loss occurring during transit.

Please check the seal upon delivery. If the vacuum has been lost, we recommend using the product as soon as possible, as exposure to air can cause it to deteriorate more quickly. The use-by date applies only while the packaging remains properly vacuum sealed.
