Organic Stewing Chicken Pieces with Skin on are the perfect ingredient for a flavourful Chicken Stew/ Curry. This is an economical cut of meat, yet it is packed with all the flavour. All it requires is just a little slower cooking! The skin falls off the meat during cooking and this just adds an additional layer of flavour to your cooking stock/ sauce. (You can pick out the skin when serving or alternatively just eat it if you fancy!)

Our chickens are reared by Margaret McDonnell from Ballysax Organic Farm, the Curragh, Co. Kildare. Margaret has been rearing chickens for us for many years now and the quality of her chickens are well known throughout the country.Production here is on a small scale and attention to detail is excellent. Once you taste these chickens there is no going back.
