Our Organic Streaky Rashers comes from Dry-cured organic bacon from the pork belly of organically raised pigs, ensuring a product that’s not just delicious, but also ethically and sustainably produced. Our Organic Pork is sourced from a small number of select Organic Pork Producers. We Dry Cure all our bacon by hand at our farms Organic Meat Processing Facility.
