Hassetts Emmental Cheese Crackers

Handmade in small batches, and slowly baked, we use just four simple ingredients to make our Irish shortbread; creamy butter from grass fed Irish cows, flour, sugar and rice.
A timeless classic. Perfect with a cup of tea for that melt in the mouth experience.
Made using locally produced Emmental, seasoned with Irish salt and pepper. We spend time hand rolling and slow baking it to produce a very distinctive texture. The result, is a
lighter, crispier cracker. They a re the perfect accompaniment to
your favourite dip or just love them straight from the box.
