Organic Cream of Tartar
Make the tastiest, airy baking with this natural tartaric baking powder. The potassium tartrates, better known as tartar, in combination with sodium carbonates form an excellent leavening agent that results in airy baked goods. You can also make self-rising flour with tartaric baking powder. To do this, mix 21 grams of tartaric baking powder with 500 grams of flour and use as described in the recipe. It gives more volume and makes it wonderfully airy! Storage advice: keep cool, dry and tightly closed.
