Our Organic Pork is sourced from a small number of select Organic Pork Producers. Our main Organic Pork supplier is Don Cashman from Rathgarogue Organic Farm, New Ross, Co. Wexford.

We Dry Cure all our bacon by hand at our farms Organic Meat Processing Facility.
