Organic Silverside Roast Beef. Aged 2/3 weeks. Lean/tender and full of flavour. Best cooked in a roasting dish with lid on. Cook slowly at approx 160 Celsius with a little water at base of roasting dish to prevent the roast from drying out (leaner cuts are more prone to becoming a little dry if overcooked or cooked on too high a heat). Best served rare to medium!

Our Organic Beef comes from our own Organic Farm at Coolanowle, Ballickmoyler, Co. Laois where we’ve been farming Organically since 2001.
