Organic Tofu

Tofu is a low-calorie and high-protein meat substitute based on soy and comes from Asia. It has a neutral 
taste, but easily absorbs flavor from other ingredients such as marinade. It is ideal to use for vegetarian 
(Asian) dishes. Pat the tofu dry. Add marinade if necessary and brown the tofu in the pan. Keep refrigerated
 after opening and use within 2 days.
